As an Implementation Specialist at Ahola, you'll set up new client data in our payroll and HRIS system, working closely with sales, training, and operations teams. Your role ensures high-quality and accurate implementations within required timelines, providing support for all team members and projects. What You Will Do: Implement new client products and services on Ahola's HCM platform. Use conversion programs or templates to load employee data into isolved. Enter and verify all data accurately. Identify and articulate client needs. Maintain and monitor implementation timelines. Document system issues in tracking systems. Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks. Suggest improvements for internal processes. Develop best practice procedures for new Implementation Specialists. How You'll Do It Provide continuous updates to the team and managers throughout the implementation process. Maintain strong working relationships with other departments. Offer in-depth client support via phone or email. Stay current with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and tax laws. Attend company-provided training and professional seminars. Experience You Will Need Associate degree or 5 years of relevant experience. 3-5 years of experience in HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping. Minimum 2 years of payroll/HCM implementation experience. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Conflict resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-through skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills. What is Ahola Looking for in a Candidate?
