The candidate will focus on traditional labor matters, including union organizing campaigns, client training and counseling, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) trials, and policy drafting. The candidate must have a California law license and be in good standing. Job Duties:Handle union organizing campaigns and related activities.Train and counsel clients on traditional labor issues.Assist with grievance arbitrations.Manage unfair labor practice charges.Represent clients in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) trials.Draft and review labor-related policies and procedures.Conduct legal research and provide analysis on labor law issues.Prepare and present cases in arbitration and administrative hearings.Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations. Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional labor law.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.Strong analytical and writing skills.Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class). Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing. Skills:Strong knowledge of traditional labor law and related regulations.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized. Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional labor law.
