Job Description: We are seeking a Compliance Testing Associate for a very important client.Responsibilities: * Perform gap assessments of existing compliance policies, processes, and controls to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement.* Conduct design and operating effectiveness testing to assess compliance controls in accordance with established testing plans and procedures.* Document testing results, observations, and recommendations with clear and concise detail to support conclusions and recommendations.* Assist in the preparation of the final report to summarize test results, findings, and resolution plans for review by management and stakeholders.* Monitor the progress of remediation activities and track status to ensure timely resolution of identified findings.* Support the development and enhancement of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.* Assist in the development and maintenance of the compliance obligation library and compliance testing repository.* Assist in special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc requests related to compliance risk management and testing as assigned by management. Requirement: Required Skills:*Criteria: * Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.* Previous experience or coursework in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or a related field is preferred.* Familiarity with industry standard compliance tools such as governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms are a plus.* Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to the Federal Housing Finance Agency is desirable.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize task effectively to meet deadlines.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.#PandoPandoLogic. , Location: San Francisco, CA - 94151PDN-9c16ab88-dfe1-421c-9238-f353bf89990b
