The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and a strong academic background.Duties:Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters related to renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate.Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and agreements.Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations.Represent clients in real estate transactions, negotiations, and litigation matters.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to achieve favorable outcomes in real estate matters.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Real Estate Attorney.Experience with renewable energy development, railroad real estate, or telecom real estate is preferred.Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.Active law license in Texas or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active law license in Texas or eligibility to become admitted to the applicable Bar.Skills:Proficiency in real estate law and regulations.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
