The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. They should also be a member (in Good Standing) of the Bar with 1-3 years of meaningful experience in real estate, including experience with real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters. Job Overview:Provide legal support and counsel on various real estate transactions and matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex real estate projects and client engagements.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders involved in real estate transactions. Duties:Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements, contracts, and related documentation.Review title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials for real estate transactions.Offer legal advice and recommendations on property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.Facilitate real estate closings and ensure the accuracy of transactional documents.Support the resolution of real estate-related disputes and litigation matters. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Good Standing, preferably in Florida.1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate law.Solid understanding of real estate transactions and legal principles.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Good Standing, preferably in Florida. Skills:Proficient in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
