The ideal candidate should possess an active Bar membership, strong communication and negotiation skills, exceptional research and analytical abilities, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, empathy and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals and their families, keen attention to detail and organizational skills, and a demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct. Duties:Assist the Senior Attorney in reviewing guardianship petitions.Provide legal support and representation in guardianship matters.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing parties, and the court.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and orders.Collaborate with colleagues and professionals on case strategy.Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as required.Maintain accurate and organized case files. Requirements:Active Bar membership.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Exceptional research and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassion and understanding when dealing with vulnerable individuals and their families.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in Washington. Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Exceptional research and analytical abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassion and understanding.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ethical and professional conduct.
