Nephrology physician job in Pennsylvania : We havea four-physician group where one doctor is retiring. They work out of one mainhospital- 400 bed facility averaging 40 inpatients. The group gets 5 to10 consults a day. Usually, the physician on call stays at the hospital allweek. Call would be one in four. They have one main unit next to the officewith 140 dialysis patients and they have one home center that does home and PDwith 100 patients that they see 1x a month. Initial starting salary would be$250,000. They provide malpractice insurance, family health insurance,retirement/profit sharing, six weeks vacation in year one which goes to 8weeks in year 2.
