Responsibilities:• Lead a team of employees to ensure smooth operation and efficiency in daily tasks.• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.• Oversee inventory management and restocking to maintain adequate supplies for daily operations.• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving team productivity and customer satisfaction.• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues. Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in team leadership or management roles• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to motivate and engage team members• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly About Company: Experiences studying abroad in Germany led to a life-long passion for pilsners and helles (light) lagers.
