In this role, you will be responsible for educating customers and providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving targets. Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with solar knowledge face-to-face• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and setting up appointments• Process customer appointments in the system effectively• Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar• Be part of team meetings with sales and marketing team to strategize Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or outside sales and customer service• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• High school diploma; some college is a plus• Excellent customer service skills• Knowledge of the retail industry and current trends• Accountable Compensation: $87,000 - $124,000 yearly About Company: Our mission is to inspire the next generation with optimism, teamwork, and results.
