Position Title: OB/GYN PhysicianLocation: Decatur, IN (30 minutes from Fort Wayne)Start Date: 60-90 DaysSchedule: Flexible work scheduleDuties:- Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services within a hospital-owned practice- Perform full scope OB/GYN procedures- Clinical contact hours split as 80% time in clinic and 20% time in the operating room- Participate in a 1 in 3 call rotationEMR: EpicRequirements:- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)- Alternatively, Family Medicine (FM) physicians with OB fellowship training to perform C-sections or Gynecologists with experience in assisting in C-section coverage will be considered- New residents are welcome to apply- Must hold an active IN medical license- H1 Visa sponsorship availableCompensation:- Competitive base salary- Quality bonus quarterly- Productivity bonus annually- Sign-on bonus- Student loan forgiveness availableBenefits:- Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage- Supportive work environment with a full staff and administrative supportIf you're a dedicated OB/GYN physician looking for a fulfilling opportunity in a supportive environment with a flexible schedule, we encourage you to apply.
