Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Manager, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch. At Central Aluminum Supply, we take pride in our customer relationships; we look for people willing to learn and be trained, have good communication skills, and pay attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities: * Assisting the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing the work orders, and managing inventory. * Emails and phone call communications are frequent between the builders' Superintendents for scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries. * General office, including answering phones and assisting other office personnelPreferred Qualifications: * Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus * Must have computer experience. * Must know Excel & Outlook * Must be detailed oriented * Payroll experience a plus, but not required * Able to work independently * Construction experience is a plus but not requiredPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
