Job Title: Early Care and Education Teacher Department: Child Care Resource and Referral Supervisor: Director Salary: Based on experience and qualification Location: Duties Specific Responsibilities: Nurture and care for the children in your classroomCreate a fun and safe learning environmentInstruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growthMaintain the health and safety of all studentsBe willing to work with multiple age groupsBe able to manage school age children and keep them busy during the entire day by creating exciting activates for them to engage in. Requirements Qualifications: Experience working in a child care settings.Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral).Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Bright From the Start regulations, Quality Rated system, Environmental Rating Scales and Georgia State Funded Pre-K system.CDA preferred Physical Demands/Work Environment Bending, frequent use of hands, stooping and moderate lifting (at least 25 pounds) required. Nice To Haves 3-5+ years experience in a early childhood setting continuing education credits (in early childhood) Experience working with children 4-8 years old Energetic Creative Benefits Paid Holiday/Vacation Reduced Tuition for childcare Free Gym Membership Quarterly Financial Incentive
