A company is looking for an IBM Mainframe and z/OS Systems Programmer. Key Responsibilities: Develop software components according to user stories/requirements Optimize efficiency and quality through automation and process improvements Mentor junior Systems Programmers and improve technical design of applications/systems Required Qualifications: Experience with z/OS internals, communications, and programming languages Knowledge of z/OS Operations activities and mentoring skills Experience with IPLs, Stand Alone Dump, and console operations is a plus
