A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute a portfolio of complex projects, managing project planning, estimating, and scoping multi-workstream programs Proactively identify at-risk projects, manage end-to-end workflows, and develop program roadmaps and tactical plans Lead and support a team of project managers, participate in team development, and drive process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications: Experience in program leadership, program management, and team development Proficiency in project management tools such as Agile, Kanban, and product management Ability to work in a virtual-first team environment across multiple time zones Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and collaboration with diverse teams Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes, budgets, and timelines
