Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns Coordinate external tax processes and serve as a tax advisor to the partnership Oversee equity management, financial reporting, and lead tax-related projects Required Qualifications: CPA certification Proven experience as a Tax Senior Manager in a partnership setting Strong knowledge of tax code and compliance for partnership LLCs Advanced analytical and technical tax accounting skills Proficiency in US GAAP
