Employbridge has a client in Salt Lake City, UT who is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their team. This is within a growing 3PL company, with competitive salary and benefits. Job Duties * Will be responsible for managing and fostering strong relationships with up to 7 customers * Regularly communicate with customers to proactively address concerns and issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account growth * Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues * Manage all customer requests with a sense of urgency * Enhance company's services, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value and maximizing profitability throughout customer's supply chain * Work with customers on innovative solutions and assist them in overcoming their supply chain challenges * Ensure successful completion of day-to-day commitments and deliver exceptional service * Manage customer expectations by utilizing metrics and establishing clear communication channels * Contribute to the execution of business reviews and actively lead customer meetings on a regular basis * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's degree is preferred * 3+ years of customer service, account management or sales experience within logistics, supply chain, or 3PL * Ability to handle multiple counts with a sense of urgency * Excellent customer service skills * Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, and influence customers at all levels * Able to work with different departments in a professional manner * Must have experience with Microsoft Suite programs
