Click HERE to apply Position Summary: The Men’s Ministry Pastor is a strategic leader who is responsible for leading and implementing a creative, visionary, and effective ministry that will introduce men to Christ, grow them in their faith, and equip them for spiritual impact. Key Competencies and Qualifications: Models the qualifications of an elder (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4) Clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing, personal relationship with Him Lives out the Core Values of ARBC and agrees with our Doctrinal Statement Capable team leader who inspires others to join in the pursuit of our mission Concerned for those who don’t know Jesus Multiplier of people with a love and passion for making disciples Strong engaging teacher Self-motivated, humble, teachable, and relational Works with diligence, integrity, creativity, and energy Proven experience in leading an effective men’s ministry RESPONSIBILITIES: Build a ministry that will effectively pursue men at all cost Create environments to help men come to know Jesus, grow, and serve Build and lead a men’s ministry team to carry out our mission Create budgets and ministry strategies that support the ministry plan Opportunity for the right candidate to lead others on our staff Opportunity to be in the teaching rotation Oversee secondary ministry responsibility based on candidate’s giftedness and passion. Participate in Pastoral duties as determined by Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor RELATIONSHIPS Under the overall leadership and guidance of the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Elder Board Reports directly to the Pastor of Ministries Member of the Austin Ridge Churchwide Ministry Leads team and Bee Cave Ministry Leads team Key Competencies and Qualifications: Mature, growing disciple of Jesus who models the qualifications of an elder (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4) Lives out the Core Values of ARBC and agrees with our Doctrinal Statement Capable team leader who inspires others to join in the pursuit of our mission Concerned for those who don’t know Jesus Multiplier of people with a love and passion for making disciples Strong engaging teacher Self-motivated, humble, teachable, and relational Works with diligence, integrity, creativity, and energy Proven experience in leading an effective men’s ministry Seminary degree preferred Click HERE to apply
