Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals• Engage in relationship-building to establish new connections and maintain existing ones• Utilize a persuasive, selling communication style to influence and motivate clients and colleagues Qualifications: • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in originating mortgage loans with referral partners Compensation: $74,500 About Company: Simple Mortgage Solutions is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage that is licensed throughout the southeast.
