We are recruiting for a hybrid Recruiter in Milwaukee! This is a direct placement role with a stable company (not an agency). If you have recruiting experience in manufacturing, it's a great opportunity. If you'd like to eventually become a full time HR Generalist, it's also a good way to get your foot in the door. In this role, 75% of your day is focused on recruiting, and 25% on HR Generalist duties. You'll mainly recruit for hourly employees in an equipment manufacturing environment, and occasionally a few salaried positions in Wisconsin. Responsibilities Responsible for all recruitment activities This includes scoping calls with hiring managers, job posts, sourcing, screening, and managing candidate experience, making offers, etc Develop new candidate relationships for future hire Attend networking events at colleges, trade schools and other organizations Work on HR Generalist duties including succession planning, employee development, and labor relations Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 3+ years of recruiting experience, including hourly manufacturing roles Willing to work onsite 3 days/week Powered by JazzHR
