Position: Medical Assistant (MA) Location: 3 days Crestview Hills, KY / 2 days Norwood, OH Department: Neurology Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, No Weekends and No Holidays Pay Range: $18-21+ per hour Key Benefits for Full-Time Employees: Competitive pay based on experience, minimum $18 401k with Profit Sharing and 4% Company Match Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Paid Holidays Over three weeks of Paid Time Off Continuing Education Reimbursement Uniform Allowance Free Parking Travel Reimbursement Responsibilities: As a Medical Assistant at Riverhills Neuroscience, you will play a crucial role in patient care, contributing to both clinical and administrative functions. Your responsibilities include: Rooming patients and preparing them for exams Collecting and documenting patient history Assisting physicians with various procedures Obtaining lab results, testing reports, and hospital notes Maintaining exam rooms, procedure rooms, and equipment according to protocol Other duties as assigned Background and Experience: RMA or CMA or other Medical Credential preferred EMR experience preferred Excellent customer service skills 1-2 years of MA experience preferred Strong attention to detail Superior verbal and written communication skills are a must If you are passionate about medical care and want to be part of a world-class healthcare team, please apply today.
