Role Responsibilities ? Execute and engage in the Vision, Standards, Processes, and Ongoing Development outlined in our Worship Playbook.? Collaborate weekly with Campus Pastor in advance of Sunday services to ensure alignment.? Support the Multi Campus Director in the creative process through collaborative efforts.? Lead a weekly rehearsal to ensure all band members are prepared for services.? Develop a band rotation to minimize burnout and to allow space for more volunteers.? Supervise Campus Technical Director to ensure discipleship and development for all team members in all ministries, ensuring excellence across ministries.? Supervise Student Ministry Worship Leaders, ensuring discipleship and development is taking place.? Attend Student Ministry for coaching a minimum of once per month and include Student Ministry Worship Leaders in Sunday worship once a month for coaching and development.? Develop musicians and vocalists continuously throughout all ministry levels.? Executes Worship sets as laid out in our weekly flow platform.? Meet one-on-one with MCD for encouragement, feedback, and coaching once per month.? Align weekly with Standards outlined in the Worship Playbook.? Celebrate and evaluate weekend services in a weekly meeting with Campus Pastor.? Huddle with band members 2-4 times per year for encouragement, coaching, and vision casting.? Meet one-on-one 3-5 times per month with leaders and volunteers for the purpose of E4. **Must have a minimum of 3 years of leading worship in a church environment.** If interested, please apply here .
