Pediatric Dentist St. Louis, MO 4-day work week (Mon- Thursday) Ownership opportunities $300k-$450k $15,000 sign on bonus We are looking for a motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving Dental practices full time in the St. Louis, MO area. Join our amazing, successful, and growth- minded team! We have 3 state of the art clinics, in the St. Louis MO area. Ideally, the incoming Dentist can perform general pediatric dentistry, provide comprehensive treatments, and grow their pediatric patient base. About us: We have 3 state of the art clinics, top of the line equipment in a bright and inspiring space and we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care to our community for over 5 years. We offer modern pediatric dentistry with traditional values, award winning dental care in an established and growing practice. Our patients know that when they visit our practice, they will receive the highest quality dental care, while being treated like family in an environment of fun and friendly individuals. Duties: Pediatric Dentistry Diagnostic exams Restorative appointments including Extractions, Pulpotomies and Crowns, direct resin restorations General Anesthesia cases in a surgery center Attend administrative meetings at least 1 per quarter Participation in marketing Documentation Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care Requirements: DDS/DMD degree Pediatric Dentist with active and unrestricted license in state of MO Schedule: Full time (M-Th) Compensation (range): $300k - $450k depending on experience and based on collections Benefits: Flexible Schedule with 4-day work week Vacation and Holidays Health Insurance HSA Ownership opportunity after 2 years 401k match Vision, Dental, Short term disability options Paid Liability insurance If you are ready to take your career to the next level and be a part of an exceptional dental team, we want to hear from you!
