My client is a well-established retail group who are a leading presence across the Middle and Far East – they have a fantastic reputation and exciting growth plans within KSA. They are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager to head up the team in KSA – Eastern Region. They are looking for candidates with strong operational focus with a background in blue chip retailers or large supermarket background. Candidates should be strong on training and development, ground operations and customer deliverance. Successful candidates will be willing to relocate and have a professional and patient approach. The Ideal Retail Operations Manager Candidate: Must have a prove track record working in a large Supermarket retailer – experience in UK and Europe is beneficial too Have excellent leadership and communication skills. Have a professional and patient approach to situations. Have a good character who can lead from the front and motivate team members Gulf experience is always beneficial but not essential for the role Diplomatic and culturally sensitive – able to manage large, diverse teams of staff Trouble shooter and someone who can think on their feet Must have drivers license.
