Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the healthcare industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to advance their career in sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Preferred Territories/states:Salt Lake/ Vegas/ Phoenix/ScottsdaleNYKansas CityHouston/OK/LA/Dallas Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Activities (90%): Utilize Power CRM to effectively manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments with potential clients using Power CRM. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Provide detailed product information, pricing, and quotes to prospects, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and utilize sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support sales efforts. Outside Sales Activities (10%): Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with key decision-makers in healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and check-ins. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and networking events to expand the company's presence and reach in the market. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand and cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client, providing personalized service and support. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using Power CRM. Use PowerBI to analyze sales data and trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights. Qualifications: Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Power CRM, and familiarity with PowerBI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
