Compensation: • Competitive annual salary between $47,000 and $57,000.• 5% 401(k) match to assist in securing your financial future.• 100% paid medical benefits for employees (with family coverage available at the employee's expense). Responsibilities:• Ensuring all documentation required by regulatory authorities for escrow transactions is accurate and complete.• Thoroughly verifying names and entities on documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Precisely calculating and confirming escrow fees before submission for accuracy.• Using electronic platforms like Simplifile to efficiently submit and manage escrow documents.• Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to resolve any discrepancies or issues during the escrow process.• Communicating effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to provide timely updates and address inquiries.• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in escrow operations.
