As a Garage Door Repair Technician, your primary responsibilities will involve performing installations, servicing, and repairs in McKinney and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, utilizing your technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain our customers' garage doors and openers. Work without supervision installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customers' garage doors. If you are mechanically and technically inclined, this is a perfect job for you. Responsibilities:• Perform garage door installation, service, and repair tasks for residential and commercial clients in McKinney and the surrounding areas.• Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical issues with garage doors and openers.• Administer quality customer service by responding to queries and providing recommendations to maximize garage door performance.• Equip oneself with the necessary tools and your own vehicle to complete the work quickly and efficiently.• Keep meticulous records of service calls, repairs, and parts used for proper billing and documentation. Qualifications:• Proficiency in garage door installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose issues.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Garage Door Technician. • Diagnose and troubleshoot various garage door systems.• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.• Reliable and self-motivated, capable of working independently.• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.• Truck and Tools. • Pass a drug test.
