Duties Provide Nurturing Care and Safety: Create a nurturing and safe environment for toddlers, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilize Provided Curriculum: Utilize the curriculum and classroom resources already in place to enhance learning experiences for toddlers. Lead Engaging Activities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning and exploration. Collaborate with Supportive Staff: Work alongside friendly and supportive staff members who are committed to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Student assessments: Conduct thoughtful observations, documentation, and individualized planning.
