Nurse Practitioner physician job in Maryland : The Inline Group - FT/PT Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM, flexible scheduling hours available Employed Average Patients seen: 16-20ppd Sign-On Bonus: $5000 Compensation: Compensation based on years of experience and the ability to effectively perform job functions. JOB DETAILS:-Passion and excitement for a unique and challenging primary healthcare service-Clinically adept, with the ability to communicate and educate a diverse patient population-Experienced and comfortable treating chronic conditions such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc-Demonstrated patience to develop a progress plan and assist patients with their goals. -Give access to specialty care services, to alleviate the need for escalation to hospital services-Possesses the ability to work autonomously, providing support to both patients and support staff alike ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:-BE/BC, State licensed: Will consider applicants from the DMV area-1 year experience required, 2 years preferred in a primary care setting in within a clinical environment, managing chronic conditions. -Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to provide assessments, provide thorough screening, and assist with lifetime support
