Job Overview:Handling real estate and commercial litigation mattersUtilizing experience in construction litigation if applicableDemonstrating exceptional writing skills and academic qualifications Duties:Managing a caseload of real estate and commercial litigation mattersConducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsRepresenting clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiationsProviding legal advice and strategic guidance to clientsCollaborating with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client mattersAssisting with case management, including document review and organizationMaintaining communication with clients and providing regular updates on case progress Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Florida State Bar in good standingMinimum of two years of experience in real estate or commercial litigationStrong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal documentsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Certifications:Membership to the Florida State Bar Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysisKnowledge of real estate and commercial law principles and proceduresExperience with construction litigation is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities The law firm handles a wide variety of matters related to commercial and residential real estate, business law, civil litigation, and construction law.
