Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Project Manager to join our team! Responsibilities Manage projects related to the design of automotive tooling Direct other designers and team members to ensure project success Monitor and execute project timelines to meet deliverables Delegate project tasks and ensure team members are prepared for success Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met Maintain and update the engineering change log and open issues list Be willing to travel to customer locations as needed Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) on a daily basis Qualifications Successful experience in a Project Management/Lead role, serving as the main customer contact Background in tooling Body In White (BIW) experience Strong organization and prioritization skills 3D CAD Design knowledge and experience Willingness to work overtime as necessary, with adaptability to fluctuating workloads Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Teamcenter and NX Previous budget/financial responsibility for projects Associate’s degree or higher in Vehicle Design, Engineering, or a related field Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Vacation and Holiday pay Employer matching 401K Hybrid work schedule after 90 days for eligible positions Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Spending Programs (FSAs) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance Employee Referral Program Additional Voluntary Benefit Programs Off-site company events & Employee Luncheons Who are we?
