About the Job Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to assist patients in navigating the complexities of End Stage Renal Disease, ensuring they comprehend their rights, responsibilities, and cope with the physical, mental, emotional, and financial challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing education, and collaborating with patients on care plans. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Social Work degree, be a Licensed Certified Social Worker with at least one year of clinical experience, and have a preference for dialysis experience. This role is part-time, offering opportunities to be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
