No travel is required for these positions.</p><p>Multiple positions available.</p><p>We are ready to welcome you to the Novartis Translational Medicine Academy in Clinical Sciences &amp; Innovation!</p><p>2 years! This is the length of our Academy training program within Clinical Sciences &amp; Innovation (CS&amp;I) in Translational Medicine (TM). Here, you will gain valuable training and experience to help develop your career in the field of Clinical Research Operations.</p><p>Through the TM Academy in CS&amp;I, you will have the opportunity to gain essential knowledge in the operational and logistical aspects which support early clinical trials within an international multi-cultural Pharmaceutical research environment. Training is led by clinical operations experts, and you will have the chance to apply your own knowledge and strengths to various projects across different disease areas and types of clinical trial work.</p><p>In parallel to your Academy learning, your core focus will be to contribute and assist various CS&amp;I groups working on clinical trials. Your contributions will support CS&amp;I clinical teams throughout the study lifecycle and your responsibilities will develop based on your skills and interests. If you are inspired by the impact of clinical trials and contributing to our mission to reimagine medicine innovative medicine makes on the lives of millions, then this program is for you!</p><p>Upon successful completion of the program, you will earn a certificate in Clinical Research Management from Regis College, a university recognized as a Best Regional University in the North for Social Mobility. Regis collaborates with its partners to tailor programs to the meet the needs of working professionals.
