Job Title: Residential Services Support Staff Location: Chapel Hill/Durham, Orange County NC Salary: $600-$2,000 Hiring Bonus + Temporary Weekend Premium Pay Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Residential Services, guided by our Core Values, supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Orange County, NC. We are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residential Services Support Staff. This is an entry-level position and a great way to gain hands-on health care and human services experience. Responsibilities: Provide care and support to individuals with Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Foster unique and important connections with the individuals you support. Work various shifts including daytime, evening, and overnights. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED At least 18 years of age Current Openings: 2nd Shift: Tues-Sat (Tues-Friday 2:30pm-9:30pm Saturday 8am-9pm) or Sunday-Thursday (Sunday 8am-9pm Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-9:30pm) as well as all part-time shifts Benefits: $600-$2000 Hiring Bonus Temporary Weekend Premium Pay Temporary Employee Referral Bonus $800-$1600 Health/dental/life/vision insurance PTO (15 days per year) Employee Assistance Plan Educational Assistance Fun, casual work environment focused on teamwork. 403(b) retirement and more!
