The PRN therapy team at Spanish Fork Nursing and Rehab is growing, and we would be happy to have you! We have a great team, amazing residents, and lots of flexibility. (Located in Spanish Fork, UT) Hours: We have ~8 hours available every week for PRN. This can be spread out among any number of weekdays, treatment is provided between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM Wages: We are able to offer a range of $30-$33/hour depending on experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements: Current Utah - (Certified) Occupational Therapy Assistance (OTA/COTA) license in good standing Learn and implement local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care Job Duties Occasionally treat clinically complex patients Provide competent care for geriatric patients Provide adaptive ADL-retraining Learn documentation process and maintain productivity standards Effectively communicate with other team members and patients Spanish Fork Nursing and Rehab is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and we thrive on providing short-term and long-term care for our beloved residents.
