TheLottery Field Services Technician is responsible for servicing IGT equipment at retailer (customer) locations and will be part of our award:winning lottery services organization. This may include swapping failed equipment, cleaning it, and minor adjustments to the malfunctioning component.: It is crucial to communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers, a practice that ensures smooth operations by accurately reporting activity, arrival and departure times problems, details, and resolutions of failures to Dispatch.: Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts such as paper, ribbons, bet slips, etc., and track inventory of these items.: Deliver basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.: Could you complete primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for procedure improvements, etc?: Attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical or I.T. related training or education is a plus. Experience Required 1+ years of electronics, repair, field, or related industry experience. Skills Required Knowledgeable in electronics, data communications, or related area of expertise. Must be able to climb, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time.
