Job Description ASRC Federal Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking an Entry Level Project Support Specialist. Key Role: Responsible for the following areas related to a portfolio of NASA contracts: Ensure proper general ledger coding of accounts and invoices Performs data entry into financial and payments systems Track and maintain vendor expenses and payments Maintain vendor files Supports development of monthly and periodic invoices Handle vendor calls regarding outstanding payment Follow-up on invoicing issues Reconcile monthly P-card Assist in monthly accounting closing process to include (preparing accruals, review project revenue) Support periodic budget and forecasting Support periodic EAC review Perform other related duties as assignedRequirements Requirements B.A or B.S degree, or 5 years' experience with 2 in Government contract administration Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office skillset Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to manage priorities and workload with multiple assignments Deltek Costpoint or Cognos experience is a plus Significant Government contracting work experience is a plus Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a Government background investigation EEO Statement ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
