Responsibilities: Manage order intake and revenue budgets for key sectors. Lead business development initiatives to foster new customer growth. Expand distribution networks, forging partnerships both locally and globally. Establish strategies to secure new customers and achieve business plan objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports on pipeline status and competitive analysis. Ideal Candidate: Extensive marine industry knowledge. Familiarity with UK, EU, and International standards and regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Flexibility for domestic and international travel. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
