Description:Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our partnered Therapy West outpatient team in Richfield, Utah. We are a national leader in clinical excellence with over 55 locations and are owned and operated by physical therapists, meaning that every decision made has the patient in mind. In addition to Mountain Land's focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this Physical Therapist position includes:Competitive annual income of $75,000-$100,000Relocation bonusTuition reimbursement$1,500 - $2,000 in annual continuing educationRobust medical benefit packagePhysical Therapist Daily Responsibilities Include:Working collaboratively with nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12+ patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain.Performing evaluations and standard appointmentsDesigning a Plan of Care for each individual patient that will progress them in an appropriate mannerLocation: 860 N Main St, Richfield, UT 84701Physical Therapist Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annual equivalent or a self-directed option that uses revenue sharing with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$100,000.You will also receive $1,500-$2,000 in continuing educationUp to $5,250/year student loan repaymentBonuses for board certification and clinical excellencePhysical Therapist Hours & Benefits:This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week positionmedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401k with 3% match22 - 27 paid days off and wellness incentivesBenefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay rangeOwnership & Growth: This Physical Therapist position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership opportunities if you become a Clinic Director in the future.Requirements:Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day on averageCurrent PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapyCompensation details: 75000-XXXXXX Yearly SalaryPI973c0203b24c-25660-34217917
