We are looking for a customer service representative to join our client's team. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product and service knowledge. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Responsibilities: Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service Requirements: 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Bilingual is a plus #Jazz1Powered by JazzHR
