As an Estimator, you will have the opportunity to hone your analytical and creative engineering skillset while working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. If you are a dedicated team player seeking your first step into a career path with unlimited growth potential, we want to speak to you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Work with project teams to coordinate and create takeoffs for various types of concrete construction projects.* Review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor requirements.* Utilize takeoff software to determine quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project.* Prepare accurate estimates for concrete projects.* Assist with budget analysis for project materials and labor.* Assist in the preparation of estimates and bids for projects.* Provide technical support to project teams when needed. PM22 Position Requirements You might be a great fit if you have: * A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may qualify. 2-3 years of experience in a construction environment preferred. * Proficiency or experience with project/estimating related software including PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff and HCSS/Heavy Bid is a plus.* Working knowledge of Bluebeam.* Prior experience with a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system or Tekla is a plus but not required.* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of Excel is a MUST!).* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
