The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Energy Infrastructure transactions, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate expertise in financing and/or private MA transactions.Duties:Assist in drafting and negotiating transaction documents related to energy and infrastructure projects.Conduct legal research and analysis on various energy-related matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys on due diligence, deal structuring, and client communications.Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies.Requirements:2-3 years of experience with Energy Infrastructure transactions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in financing and/or private MA transactions.Preferred experience in project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related MA transactions.Knowledge of tax equity and/or IRA credit is desirable.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing.Skills:Legal drafting and negotiation.Legal research and analysis.Client relationship management.Deal structuring and due diligence.Strong written and verbal communication.Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
