The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base in family law, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters with compassion and professionalism. Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including child custody, divorce, child abuse, and domestic violence cases.Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategy and legal arguments.Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, motions, and other necessary filings.Prepare for and attend legal proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes and settlements.Maintain detailed and accurate client records and case files.Collaborate closely with administrative staff, colleagues, and senior partners to deliver excellent legal services. Requirements:Admission to practice law in New Jersey.3+ years of experience practicing family law.Strong knowledge base and experience representing clients in family law matters.Highly developed organizational abilities.Familiarity with MS Office 365.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in the state of New Jersey. Skills:Legal research and analysis.Document drafting and preparation.Courtroom representation.Client counseling and advocacy.Case management and organization.Negotiation and problem-solving.
