Elder Law and Medicaid experience are considered a plus. A Washington license is required, and an Idaho license is a plus. Duties:Handle a wide range of legal matters, including Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate.Provide legal advice and representation to clientsDraft legal documents, including wills, trusts, contracts, and business agreementsConduct legal research and analysisRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedingsCollaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex casesMaintain client relationships and provide exceptional client service Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school7-10 years of experience in Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real EstateExperience in Elder Law and Medicaid is a plusActive license to practice law in WashingtonA license to practice law in Idaho is a plus Certifications:Active license to practice law in WashingtonLicense to practice law in Idaho (preferred) Skills:Strong knowledge of Estate Planning, Tax, Probate and Trust Administration, Business, and Real Estate lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in legal research and writingClient-focused approach to legal representation Benefits offered:Health insuranceDental InsuranceSimple IRA retirement account with a 3% employer matchExempt employees receive 3+ weeks of annual vacation and enjoy 10 paid holidays per year.
