Join our team as our next Real Estate Marketing Intern for an opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn from experts in the industry! We’re in search of a dynamic marketing intern to gain experience and assist our team in accomplishing our marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas who is detail-oriented and can execute tactics in a timely manner. Internship position provides educational experience & intern credits which serve as compensation. Responsibilities:• Contribute to executing our marketing strategies via print, mail, social media, email marketing, event coordination and more.• Use Canva to create graphics that can be used amongst the team.• Draft video scripts to support key initiatives.• Regularly update social media and respond to followers. Qualifications:• Experience in various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram TikTok• Experience using Canva to design graphics.• You are extremely driven to succeed.• Preference for working towards a degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or Communications.• 1 or more years of prior work experience• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) About Company: Kara Courtney and her team at True North Associates is a top-producing and growing team serving the greater SoCal markets.
