Duties Your job duties will include but not limited to: Adapting daily routines to meet the interest and needs of the individual child and the group Ensuring that the facility and all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and safe Establishing policies and procedures, including disciplinary policies Assisting teachers in the classroom and filling in when a teacher is out Ensuring that all children are supervised at all times Implementing positive discipline Providing a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable Integrating special needs children in a positive and respectful manner Requirements 1 yr minimum of child care experience preferred CPR/First Aid certified preferred Provide 3 professional references
