General Manager – Great Casual Dining Restaurant Brand London £40,000 plus Bonus The Role This company looks for strong personalities and candidates that can embody the culture of this great restaurant brand. We are looking for a General Manager who wants to take on a small site and really drive down into getting the basics and deliver on your targets. You will come from a strong hospitality background, preferably in a branded environment and have cross trained experience both FOH and BOH. A passion for people and food is a must – our client is looking for people they can invest in, and their development program will help you move up the ladder in your management career. This is a small site, and you are exposed – you will have a Team of 16 and be able to look after the rota, the floor, stock, wastage and development of your team and create an engaged culture. There is huge expansion planned with up to 10 sites forecast – lots of potential for progression The Ideal Candidate Branded experience as an General Manager looking to move up the ladder. Full-service experience but strong delivery arm – preferably cross trained Ambitious Driven Guest Obsessed Sales focused Financial experience A willingness to learn Thrive in a casual environment. Team focused- love to motivate and develop your team.
