Production Operator Position Overview: : Assembling components: Some operations require robotic and manual welding techniques: Spray components with ceramic glass coating: Hang/Unhangtanks from paint hangers: Operate basic hand tools (manual and automatic) for occasional and/or extended periods of time: Setup heavy equipment Qualifications include: : 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred: Ableto work 1stshift (earliest start time is 5 am and latest end time is 3 pm, depending on role): Constant standing/walking and frequent bending and reaching: Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds with and without assistance from lifting device.: Must be able to work in a fast:paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter: Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions: Must promote and comply with work safety and quality standards: High School Diploma or GED What to expect: :Complete the online application prior to the job fair for Production Operator (1stShift):Attend a Weekday Meet with a Recruiter event or Weekend Job Fair event:Interview with a potential on:the:spot job offer:If a job offer is accepted, background check and drug screen required before start date Work Location:500 Tennessee Waltz Pkwy, Ashland City, TN, 37015
