Great opportunity in a key role for Fast Growing Med Tech Company. Company Description Atrility provides a novel solution to detecting high risk heart issues in ICU settings. Atrility's AtriAmp product has become the standard of care for Pediatric patients, and is being rapidly adopted across the US. Our current clients are the world's leading pediatric organizations, and our investors include marquee hospital systems. We are also expanding this same solution into the much larger adult market. Role Description We are looking for someone to join our team in an important role to ensure we distribute our potentially life-saving product to health systems across the US. In addition to the distribution focus, you will also interact directly with some of these customers to better understand their exact needs and ensure they receive the product on time. helps us roll out our product across the US. This is a role with significant opportunity for increases in responsibilities and scope of work over time for a growing company.This role will work at our Madison, WI office (near University Research Park). This role will require coming in to the office a minimum of 3 times per week to ensure that all products are distributed in a timely manner. Qualifications Must be able to complete work and projects independently with minimal supervision Self-starter able to identify value-added tasks to complete to help the company Must be able to work efficiently with other team members, vendors, and customers to meet objectives; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively Must be proficient in use of MS Office tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Familiarity with FDA regulation and Quality Systems Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident of the U.S. The company is not able to sponsor for H-1B visas at this time. Located in the Madison area and able to commute to the Atrility Medical headquarters at least 3x per week. Must be flexible and have an attitude that embraces the variety of tasks that are required within a small startup company If you don't meet all of the qualifications, we still encourage you to apply! Preferred Experience Demonstrated experience in a regulated environment in one of the following functions: Quality Engineer, Control/Assurance, Validation Engineer, Product Engineer Demonstrated knowledge of general cardiac anatomy and physiology Previous experience in healthcare or logistics Key Responsibilities Support customers, the internal team, and the Atrility headquarters in ensuring support of customers in delivering Atrility's products and support to them with high quality and on-time Self-starter to be able to identify key tasks that need to be completed in a timely manner to ensure that the company meets its commitments to its customers Working under general direction, provides engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, and field sales staff Builds and sustains customer and business relationships with timely and professional communication, emails, and follow-up Maintains expert knowledge on all aspects of Atrility products Anything else that the company needs to be successful (we are a small team, and we all wear many hats as needed) Benefits Flexible hours and days to fit your schedule as long as able to commute to office 3x per week You'll be part of a small team in a growing company (opportunity for leadership and growing with us) Diverse set of experiences in a dynamic environment Your work helps babies and pediatric patients across the country Disclaimer This description is subject to change at the discretion of management without notice and at any time.
