JOB SUMMARY: This position performs team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. Your duties would include: :Completing Quality Assurance tasks and reviews:Providing guidance and feedback to team members:Assisting with Collaborative Monitoring:Completing special projects and case reviews:Initiating and responding to requests:Researching and resolving case issues:Gathering information and analyzing data MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: :Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.:Two years of experience with a Child Support Program.:One year of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.:One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.:Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.*:Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience.* SUBSTITUTIONS: :*College may substitute at the rate of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required experience. PREFERENCES: :Preference given to candidates with prior experience in the Order Entry Process. SPECIAL NOTES: :All experience to meet the minimum qualifications must be clearly stated on your candidate profile /resume.:This position may require you to work outside your regular work schedule, should there be a business need to do so.:This position can be housed in one of the following Child Support Program Region One Service Sites: Crestview and Gainesville.SALARY: 39, : 52, BENEFITS: Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, life insurance, tuition waivers, paid sick and personal leave, paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, retirement savings, and vision and dental insurance.
