What We Need GPS Insight/Certified Tracking Solutions is looking for a Sales Coordinator. They are responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing cycle in Titan GPS systems, ensuring accurate validation, documentation, and facilitation of hardware orders. The role requires effective coordination between sales, fulfillment, and accounting teams to optimize operational workflows and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Order Processing: Monitor incoming hardware orders and accessories in Hub Spot/Netsuite/Salesforce, ensuring correct entry in the designated dashboard. Validate order details against attachments for product specifications, pricing, and customer information. Update and manage sales orders in Net Suite, ensuring accurate data translation and adjustment from prospect status to customer status.
